Business Model Innovation for PillDrill

Smart medication tracking

About Project

PillDrill is a technology start-up and has developed a product that tracks pill adherence of the care receiver and keeps the caregiver actively informed. The target segments for Pill¬Drill’s first offering are the family caregiver and the semi-independent care receiver. The value for the caregiver is the peace of mind that is delivered by reducing the burden of caregiving, while for care receiver it is to help them organize and remember to stay on top of their pill taking habit. The goal of the project was to add value to PillDrill’s business model by discovering, identifying and validating three main opportunities for improvements.
